Who we are

 

CGPersonas (cgpersonas.com) is an online store run by Patrick Goud (KVK 85007048, VAT number NL860025895B01), Boreelstraat 17a, 3039 WG Rotterdam, the Netherlands. For questions: cgpersonas@gmail.com.

 

2. Applicability

 

These terms apply to every order placed via cgpersonas.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, to our Refund Policy, and to the 3D Model License Terms.

 

3. Products and offering

 

We sell digital 3D character models (files in formats including GLB, FBX, OBJ, and/or Blender). Offers and prices are valid as long as they are listed on the site and may be changed.

 

4. Prices and payment

 

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout. Your order is final as soon as payment is confirmed.

 

5. Delivery

 

Our products are digital files. Once payment is confirmed, you get immediate access to a download link (by email and/or via your account page). Nothing is shipped physically - see our Shipping Policy.

 

6. Right of withdrawal

 

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the statutory right of withdrawal ends as soon as performance (delivery/download) has begun with your express prior consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Dutch Civil Code art. 6:230p). By agreeing at checkout and starting the download, you waive your right of withdrawal. See our Refund Policy for what is still possible (e.g. in the case of a defective file).

 

7. Usage rights to the models

 

Purchasing a model does not give you ownership of the model or its copyright, but a usage license. The exact rights and restrictions are set out in our 3D Model License Terms, which form part of the agreement.

 

8. Intellectual property

 

All rights to the website, product images, and the 3D models themselves remain with Patrick Goud / CGPersonas, except for the usage license you receive upon purchase.

 

9. Liability

 

We make every effort to describe the models as accurately as possible and to deliver them in technically correct condition. Our liability for damages is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

 

10. Complaints

 

You can email complaints about an order to cgpersonas@gmail.com. We respond within 5 business days.

 

11. Governing law

 

Dutch law applies to these terms. We prefer to resolve disputes through mutual consultation first, before resorting to the competent court in the Netherlands.
