Refund policy

CGPersonas sells exclusively digital products (downloadable 3D model files). As a result, refunds work differently than for physical products.

 

No physical returns

There's nothing to send back - all our products are digital downloads.

 

Right of withdrawal

As soon as you start downloading a model, you agree (in accordance with our Terms of Service) that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. This is required under EU rules for digital content and is disclosed to you at checkout.

 

When do you get your money back?

The file is corrupt, damaged, or doesn't match the product description (e.g. wrong file format or a missing LOD). Report this within 14 days of purchase via cgpersonas@gmail.com, including your order number and a description of the issue. We prefer to resolve this by sending you a working file. If we can't, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

 

Bought the wrong model

Did you accidentally pick the wrong model? Get in touch - we'll look at a fair solution, but this isn't an automatic right (unlike a defective file).
