Shipping policy

CGPersonas sells exclusively digital products. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping costs.

 

How do I get my file?

 

Immediately after a confirmed payment, you'll receive a download link by email, and you can also download the file from your order confirmation. Delivery is almost always within a few minutes of purchase.

 

I haven't received an email

 

First check your spam folder. If that doesn't solve it, email cgpersonas@gmail.com with your order number - we'll resend the download link.

 

International customers

 

Since this is digital delivery, there are no import duties, customs fees, or shipping restrictions per country.
